The role

We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the financial function of an industrial subsidiary of a leading multinational company, consolidated with an international presence. The position will be part of the management team and will play a key role in strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Administration and Finance Directorate, and being part of the Management team, the selected person will lead the company's financial function and actively contribute to the strategic decision-making of the business.

Their main functions will be:

* Lead, develop, and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, and Management Control teams, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.

* Guarantee the quality and reliability of financial information, supervising the planning, closing, forecasting, and reporting processes for local management and the international group.

* Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the organization's decision-making.

* Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and corporate obligations, ensuring the application of current regulations and corporate standards.

* Supervise treasury management, financing, financial risks, and asset control, driving efficient management of the company's resources.

* Define and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls that reinforce operational efficiency and correct business management.

* Lead transformation and improvement projects, collaborating with local and international teams on strategic initiatives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

We are looking for a professional with higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, who brings a solid track record in financial leadership positions within multinational industrial environments and meets the following requirements:

* Consolidated experience in financial management, team management, and coordination of accounting, controlling, and corporate finance areas.

* Solid knowledge of financial accounting and the preparation of reporting for international groups.

* Experience in budgeting processes, financial analysis, internal control, and supervision of tax and regulatory compliance.

* Demonstrated ability to lead projects and participate in organizational change and process improvement processes.

* Profile with a strategic vision and business orientation, capable of influencing and generating value in decision-making.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills with multiple stakeholders in complex and international environments.

* Advanced English level (C1 or higher) and experience working with financial analysis tools and corporate ERP systems, with SAP being a valued environment
