What we're looking for

Between 8 and 10 years of experience in finance, auditing, controlling, or financial management.
Solid knowledge of financial and analytical accounting.
Experience in the consolidation of financial statements and reporting.
High level of English to interact in international environments.
Executive, practical, and action-oriented ("hands-on") profile.
Ability to work in agile structures and changing environments.
Analytical mindset, organizational capacity, and business vision.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial environments, companies owned by investment funds, and business transformation projects will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Finance to drive the evolution of the finance function and actively contribute to the transformation of the organization. Acting as a strategic partner to General Management, you will be responsible for generating high-quality information for decision-making, strengthening management processes, and supporting the sustainable growth of the business.

What you'll do

Lead and execute the group's finance function.
Supervise accounting, monthly closings, and the consolidation of national and international entities.
Prepare financial reporting for Management and shareholders.
Manage treasury, bank financing, and cash planning.
Coordinate audits, taxation, and relationships with external advisors.
Implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and tools.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Analyze costs, margins, and business profitability.
Lead and develop the administration and finance team.
Support Management in strategic projects, financing, and corporate operations.
