What you'll do

Under the responsibility of the Head of People, your main duties will be:

  • Administrative management of personnel (hires, terminations, contracts, extensions, and finalizations).
  • Support in managing the payroll process (payroll, costs, taxes, etc...).
  • Support in the recruitment and onboarding processes for students and teaching staff.
  • Collaboration in organizing and monitoring training activities.
  • Maintenance and updating of people information in the people department's internal tools.
  • Providing attention and advice to staff on labor matters.
  • Support in applying labor regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Support with occupational risk prevention tasks.
  • Participation in cross-departmental projects within the People area

What you'll get

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

  • University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or similar.
  • Minimum prior experience of 1-3 years in Human Resources / People departments.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and administrative personnel management.
  • Advanced level of office automation tools.
  • Experience in educational or institutional environments is a plus.
  • Additional training in People Management or Human Resources is a plus.
