Investment Director

• Develop and implement investment strategies to meet financial goals. Primarily focused on Private Equity, operating through structures such as SCR vehicles
• Evaluate new investment opportunities with external fund managers and take responsibility for delivering well-supported investment recommendations
• Serve as the primary point of contact within the platform for external fund managers, closely monitoring developments related to both existing and prospective private market investments.
• Implementation of a wealth management software system
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities.
• Oversee the management of investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with external financial institutions and advisors.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on investment decisions.

A successful candidate should have:

• A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
• CFA or equivalent.
• Proven expertise (at least 10 years) in investment management and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of the structure and functioning of an SCR.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing complex investment portfolios.
• Strong financial and tax expertise: accounting, valuations, and taxation related to wealth
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial data and strategies.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
