Important multinational group in the Energy and Infrastructure sector seeks to hire an M&A Manager, based at its corporate office in Madrid near Plaza de Castilla. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategic or financial consulting, or infrastructure financing. Financial modeling experience will be valued. Very high level of English is essential. Hybrid work model.

• Analysis and evaluation of investment and divestment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Support in the execution of M&A transactions, including coordination of external advisors.
• Preparation of materials for investment committees and presentations to senior management.
• Participation in due diligence processes (financial, strategic, and commercial).
• Analysis of assets, markets, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
• Support in the structuring of transactions and in the negotiation of terms.
• Monitoring of investments and support in portfolio management.
• Development and review of financial models as a support tool (not the main focus).
• Experience in financial modeling will be valued, although the main focus of the role will be on strategic analysis and transaction execution.
