Requirements

What we're looking for

The role

Maintenance Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment to join a multinational company, with one of its subsidiaries in the Bierzo region.

What you'll do

  • Definition and execution of the maintenance strategy.
  • Supervision of industrial machinery maintenance, leading critical interventions and urgent corrective actions.
  • Planning and assignment of maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal response times.
  • Management, coordination, and motivation of maintenance teams and subcontractor personnel, ensuring the proper resolution of incidents.
  • Control of maintenance costs, validation of investments, and ensuring records of breakdowns and interventions.
  • Reporting results to Plant Management, driving a safety culture and leading continuous improvement through KPI analysis.
