The role

We are looking for a professional with more than 10 years of experience in HSE - EHS in installation companies or similar, with a good level of English and a strong commitment to prevention and safety. The position will be based in A Coruña, with availability required for travel nationally and internationally.

What you'll do

Responsible for the company's EHS objectives and for fostering a genuine prevention culture at all levels of the Organization.
Design, organize, and plan, together with Management, the processes, procedures, and actions necessary to achieve the objectives at all levels of the Organization.
Implementation of the company's culture and strategy in these areas, as well as the integrated systems within the Organization.
Monitoring and follow-up of objectives with all responsible parties, proposing and evaluating improvement measures, and coordinating monitoring and evaluation committees, etc.
Monitoring and updating all manuals.
Support for all delegates, project managers, site managers, and other technical staff in fulfilling their responsibilities.
Depending on the candidate, additional responsibility for Quality Management, Environment, and Energy Efficiency, as well as the implementation and monitoring of Assurance systems.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Minimum requirements

Higher education or University degree + Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention.
More than 10 years of experience in EHS responsibilities, preferably with electrical risks.
Additional experience in Quality and Environmental Management Systems will be valued.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language will be valued.
Knowledge of current legislation and regulations, specifically ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 standards.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Advanced user of IT tools.
Strong results orientation.
Strong proactivity and dynamism.
Good negotiation and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
