Consolidated industrial company in Vallès, with a workforce of approximately 50 employees, is looking to hire an HR Manager to lead the development of the Human Resources function within the organization.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main point of contact on labor matters with Management.
  • Manage relations with the Works Council and Legal Workers' Representatives.
  • Lead collective bargaining, agreements, and management of labor disputes.
