The role

As a Logistics Manager in the Retail sector in Zaragoza, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency. This position requires experience in logistics and leadership skills.

What you'll do

Manage and optimize logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Supervise and coordinate the logistics team to ensure the achievement of established goals.
Design and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations applicable to the logistics sector.
Collaborate with other departments to align logistics operations with the company's overall objectives.
Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of logistics operations for management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected Logistics Manager must meet the following requirements:

Education in logistics, operations, business administration, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of logistics processes in the Retail sector and web platforms.
Ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions.
Advanced proficiency in IT tools and logistics management software.
Ability to analyze data and propose operational improvements.
Conversational level English is required.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Availability to work in Zaragoza.
