What we're looking for

The candidate must have experience of at least five years in positions with similar or equal responsibilities.

Any type of higher education is required, although additional training in logistics and/or process improvement is highly valued.

Proven experience in managing and leading large work teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and people leadership abilities.

High level of English (oral and written). Minimum B2.

Experience in client-oriented operations / e-commerce services will be valued.

Good analytical skills and customer orientation.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Logistics Platform Manager (Site Manager), the selected candidate will be responsible for;

Actively participating in the management of the logistics center, organizing and supervising the different operational and management areas.

Ensuring compliance with service quality and the KPIs agreed upon with the client.

Maintaining constant communication with the client to whom services are provided at the workplace (SITE).

Developing the Manager teams under their charge and ensuring proper leadership on their part towards their teams.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety matters.

Participating in process improvement and optimization within the center.

Planning campaigns and resources based on client needs/forecasts.
