What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Degree in Food Technology or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in product development within the food industry.
- B2 English level is valued.
- Knowledge of food labeling and nutritional table calculation.
- Notions of thermal treatments and food safety regulations (BRC, IFS, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERPs such as SAP or Dynamics is valued.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Food Technologist to join a leading company in the food sector. You will be part of the R&D department, participating in product development and improvement projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Development and launch of new food products.
Improvement and optimization of existing products, including recipes, processes, and packaging.
Conducting laboratory tests, pilot plant trials, and industrial validations.
Execution of shelf-life, aging, and challenge tests.
Document management associated with R&D, quality, and food safety.
Approval and technical monitoring of raw materials.
Support for the Quality and Laboratory departments.
Preparation of technical documentation for clients and legislative compliance.
