Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanics, or similar.
Experience in spare parts, aftersales, dealer support, or B2B customer service.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP and good proficiency in Excel.
Native Spanish, B2 English, and B1 Portuguese.
Good administrative and analytical skills.
Technical knowledge in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The role

We are looking for a professional to act as the main point of contact for the dealer network in Spain and Portugal, ensuring agile management of inquiries and incidents and an excellent level of service.

What you'll do

Manage and resolve inquiries regarding parts availability, spare parts identification, pricing, delivery times, and logistics.
Handle incidents from the dealer network, maintaining close contact and providing fast and effective responses.
Resolve technical inquiries related to the electronic parts catalogue (EPC/EPCM).
Track national transport deliveries and manage incidents, claims, and returns.
Coordinate technical incidents with internal teams and provide operational support through daily use of the ERP.
