We are looking for professionals with real experience in the daily aftersales operations of an official dealership who want to evolve towards process improvement projects within a network. We are not looking for generalist consultants: we are looking for people who know the workshop, the reception, and the real operations from the inside.
Your mission will be to visit dealerships, understand how they work on a day-to-day basis, analyze their aftersales processes, and implement actions oriented towards improving operational efficiency.
