What you'll do
• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
• Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
• Manage cases in internal systems
What we're looking for
• Fluent Norwegian and English
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
Additional languages are a plus.
