Reservations Agent German CRO Madrid 1

The  reservations staff  of the Minor Hotels Group in the center of Madrid with a competitive salary (Convenio de Hospedaje Madrid) is seeking a person for permanent employment as an Agent in the CRO

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who is organized and proactive. Someone who enjoys their work and can take on the control and organization tasks in our reservations department 

What functions does the position include?
- Answering and handling calls and emails in a friendly and efficient manner
- Processing reservations 
- Providing information about the hotels and the services available to them
- Understanding and applying the cooperative processes of M&E (groups) and other policies of the Minor Hotels Group
- Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 00:00, working two weekends per month

Wir suchen eine Person, welche sich organisieren kann, und proactiv. Jemand der Spass an der Arbeit hat und die Aufgaben der Kontrolle und Organisation in unserer Reservierungsabteilung übernehmen kann

Welche Funktionen beinhaltet der Arbeitsplatz?
-Anrufe und e-Mails auf eine freundliche und effiziente Art annehmen und bearbeiten
-Reservierungen bearbeiten 
-Weiterleiten von Informationen über die Hotels und derer zur Verfügung stehendener Dienstleistungen
-Verstehen und anwenden von Cooperativen Prozessen der M&E (Gruppen) und andere Richtlinien der Minor Hotels Gruppe
- Arbeitszeiten: Wechselnde Schichten von Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 00:00 Uhr, zwei Wochenenden im Monat Dienst
