Good to know if you are moving

The brand is originally Spanish, so international hires will be joining a genuinely local company with a strong Mediterranean identity.
Work language is Spanish; English is common in international hospitality, but Spanish skills are a big plus for guest-facing roles.
Roles span hospitality operations (kitchen, service, bar), retail, spa, finance, and marketing — not just cooking.
Ibiza and Madrid are both high-tourism, international environments, making the company a realistic entry point for EU/UK professionals.
Seasonality is strong: contracts and schedules often follow the high season (May–October), which can be attractive for flexible, nomadic professionals.
