What you'll do

🔧 What will you do on a daily basis?

Reception and handling of incoming calls.
Management and assignment of appointments.
Resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.
Updating and recording data in IT systems.
Monitoring of schedules and appointment availability.
Professional and personalized attention to users.
Coordination with different departments for the correct management of requests.
