The role

At Grupo Nortempo we continue to grow and we are celebrating because we are expanding our Recruitment team in Valencia, specifically for our offices in Alzira.

Nortempo Recruitment is a division of Grupo Nortempo where we work with leading companies to help them bring the best talent into their teams.

Our day-to-day is dynamic and enriching: we connect with a wide variety of professionals, always putting people at the center, boosting their talent, and supporting them throughout their professional development.

We are looking for a person with a business mindset, focused on results, and capable of developing both the commercial and recruitment sides. We prioritize profiles with commercial initiative, even over extensive recruitment experience.

👉 This is a 100% 360º role, with significant weight on the commercial side.

What you'll do

You will join a cohesive team that will support you in your onboarding and help you achieve your goals.
Acquiring new clients. You will be in contact with different companies to present our way of working and understand their recruitment needs. You will be the main point of contact in negotiating proposals and closing recruitment processes.
Selecting profiles for middle management, executive, and technical positions.
Following up on placements and supporting candidates. For us, the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is very important.
