Requirements
What we're looking for
Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration and Finance or related studies in administrative/labor management.
Practical experience in operational labor management, drafting contractual communications, and disciplinary regimes.
Regular use of platforms from the Social Security (RED System and SILTRA) and knowledge of their procedures.
Experience or practical knowledge in processing immigration files.
Organizational capacity, rigor in document management, and communication skills for internal advisory.

What you'll do
Provide comprehensive legal-labor advice to the company's different business areas.
Draft and manage dismissals, disciplinary sanctions, warning letters, and settlements with legal rigor.
Manage immigration procedures.
Provide technical support to the payroll area in processing movements and procedures in Social Security (RED System, SILTRA, affiliation, and contributions).
