  • Education: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or similar.

  • Experience: ideally 2 years in similar positions.

Your role will be key in guaranteeing the preparation, review, and punctual delivery of the technical and quality documentation associated with the manufactured equipment, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements, contributing to customer satisfaction and product traceability throughout the entire manufacturing and delivery process.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and compile manufacturing and quality dossiers.

  • Manage certificates, protocols, test reports, and associated documentation.

  • Review documentation received from suppliers before its incorporation into the final file.

  • Verify compliance with the documentary requirements of each order.

  • Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and suppliers to obtain the necessary documentation.

  • Ensure the documentary traceability of components and equipment.

  • Manage documentary reviews, modifications, and updates.

  • Monitor documentary deliveries committed to customers.

  • Keep records and document management systems up to date.

  • Identify and promote improvements in documentation processes.
