Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with cleaning and presentation standards throughout the hotel.

Coordinate the work of the cleaning team, organizing tasks and assignments efficiently to maximize productivity and guarantee guest satisfaction.

Perform regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they are maintained in impeccable condition, taking corrective measures when necessary.

Control the inventory of supplies and cleaning products, ensuring their correct replenishment and efficient use to optimize costs.

Collaborate with the reception and maintenance departments to coordinate room availability and the resolution of problems related to the facilities.

Develop and execute training programs for housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand and apply cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Resolve guest problems and complaints related to room cleaning or maintenance, ensuring a prompt and effective response.

Manage the department budgets, ensuring control of operating costs and the efficient use of resources.
