What we're looking for

To be a good fit, you should bring:

Training in hospitality or cleaning-related fields (not mandatory).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance in hotel or similar environments.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, use of appropriate products and equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality in service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.

Good communication skills and guest interaction.

Schedule flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

Experience with cleaning equipment and knowledge of hygiene standards will be valued.

What you'll do

Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and other hotel facilities, following established quality and presentation standards.

Replenish toiletries, bedding, towels, and other room supplies in accordance with hotel policies.

Report any damage, breakdown, or problem in the rooms or common areas to the supervisor for prompt repair or solution.

Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests according to the check-in schedule.

Comply with hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.

Assist with guest requests for additional items or specific needs during their stay.

Organize and maintain the housekeeping cart with adequate supplies for efficient and accessible use.
