You will guarantee the correct preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, taking care of every detail to exceed our guests' expectations and reflect the essence of Only YOU Hotels.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain work areas in optimal condition before, during, and after service.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the hotel's restaurant or food and beverage area.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience, attending to their needs with kindness and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation of dishes and beverages.
• Handle any special guest requests and make sure they are fulfilled.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and available options, to advise guests.
• Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards in the service area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Contribute to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take part in training new team members, sharing good service practices.
