Reception Assistant

To be a good fit, you should bring:

Training related to tourism or similar.

High level of English

Minimum experience in the position

Handle customer complaints and claims and resolve them as effectively as possible.

Ensure, within our capabilities, maximum customer satisfaction during their stay, with constant communication with the Guest Service department.

Carry out and comply with check-in and check-out times in coordination with the Housekeeping department.

Have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the destination of Seville in order to provide appropriate information to the client.

Participate in periodic front desk department meetings.

Promote internal communication and the use of the communication channels established by the company (bulletin boards, suggestion boxes, meetings).

To know and comply with established internal regulations and, in any case, to act in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the trade.
