  • Management of air and train operations for Incentive and Event trips.

  • Design of the Comprehensive Transportation Plan.

  • Group reservations and issuance.

  • Seat selection and boarding pass issuance.

  • Supervision of boarding.

  • Resolution of incidents (delays, flights, traffic).

  • Constant collaboration with Project Managers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar positions.

  • Expert level of Amadeus.

  • Knowledge of Renfe desk.

  • High level of Excel.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of requests.
