  • We are looking for a Project Manager with creative talent and strategic vision. This is a design and conceptualization role, not an operational one: what we build here are winning proposals.

  • Your challenge will be to turn every briefing into a creative, solid and competitive proposal, true to the Pangea seal and designed to be executed seamlessly. Once the project is confirmed, the operational team will take over.

What you'll do

o MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze client briefings and tender documents, understanding objectives, budget and expectations.

  • Conceptualize and design creative proposals for incentives and events: idea, destination and experiences.

  • Collaborate with the Design team to create powerful storytelling and communications.

  • Select destinations and product with sound judgment, bringing first-hand knowledge.

  • Build competitive proposals, negotiating with suppliers and DMCs to make the idea viable and profitable.

  • Ensure that every proposal is solid and executable, drawing on real operational experience.

  • Prepare and present proposals with the seal and the level that defines us.

  • Hand over confirmed projects to the operational team, ensuring a smooth transition.
