Call Center Sales Agent

• Fluent level of English, spoken and written (minimum C1).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online travel sales or, alternatively, having visited at least 15 countries.
• Extensive knowledge of destinations and countries.
• Customer and quality orientation in their services.
• Planning and organizational skills, with experience managing high volumes of travel requests.
• Medium-high level of competence in the use of technological tools.

• Highly valuable experience with CMS and specific Booking Systems in the travel and tourism sector.
• Proven experience in similar positions.
• Creative person, with great communication and sales skills.

We are currently looking to expand our team of International Online Travel Advisors for our Call center PANGEA AT HOME.

This person will be integrated into the sales team within the Call Center and must have knowledge of destinations that allow them to design, advise, and sell, with knowledge, rigor, and passion each trip. In short, imaginative people whose true passion is to travel!

Main objectives: Address the requests that come in both by phone and online, trying to understand the customer's needs to generate a sale.

• Handle travel requests online (by phone or video call), resolving all customer doubts and recommending the product that best suits their needs.
• Make the sale of the service and the associated procedures: flights, hotels, etc.
• Provide the explanatory documentation of the trip.
• Manage any incidents that customers may have at their destination.
• Follow up on the service provided to receive customer feedback.
• Prepare the budgets for the needs detected.
• Offer our customers the best possible experience before, during, and after the trip.
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the destinations and our product.
• Manage the reservation through our systems and in coordination with the Booking department, with maximum quality and results orientation throughout the process, from the request to post-sales.
• Achieve commercial objectives.
• Follow up on the commercial opportunities generated.
