The role

An important, strongly consolidated Asturian company is looking to hire a Technology Director to lead the evolution of its internal systems and processes.

Job Mission

Lead the company's technological evolution, driving system modernization, process improvement, and operational efficiency, with a focus on internal agility and customer experience.

Act as a link between business and technology, identifying needs, defining solutions, and facilitating a progressive transformation towards more efficient, scalable environments aligned with current market challenges.

What you'll do

Main duties

Analyze the current state of systems and define a realistic and progressive technological evolution roadmap.
Identify the needs of different business areas, translating requirements into concrete technological solutions.
Lead technological transformation projects, ensuring their correct definition, prioritization, and execution.
Drive the improvement of internal processes, seeking agility, efficiency, and usability for the teams.
Ensure that technological solutions improve the end customer experience.
Coordinate and support the IT team, combining strategic vision with execution capability.
Act as a transversal facilitator profile, promoting collaboration between areas.
Participate actively in operations when necessary, with a practical and decisive approach.
Manage technological providers and evaluate new tools or solutions.
Establish criteria, standards, and best practices in the technological field.
