Requirements

What we're looking for

Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
Experience leading development or technology teams.
Solid background as a backend or fullstack developer, ideally with .NET.

IT Manager – Transformation, Development and Technical Leadership

1️⃣ Job Description

Would you like to lead the complete technological transformation of a company with a national presence and a critical digital product that is already operational in more than 30 centers?

We are looking for an IT Manager with a real development background, solid technical vision, and the ability to build a new internal engineering team from scratch.

You will be the one setting the technological direction, modernizing an existing stack in .NET + React + Azure, reorganizing legacy code with room for improvement, and turning technology into a real business driver.

This role is for someone with a builder mentality, technical judgment, and leadership.

2️⃣ Job Mission

Your mission will be to direct the IT & Development area, taking on both the strategic and technical parts when necessary.

What you'll do

Build the internal IT & Development team from scratch.
Redesign and modernize the company's technological stack.
Supervise the complete development cycle: backend, frontend, and database.
Take ownership of the current legacy code (documented but improvable) and define a refactoring plan.
Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of the applications used in more than 30 locations.
Direct the architecture and future technical decisions (cloud, security, integrations, automation).
Establish workflows, CI/CD, best practices, and code standards.
Coordinate with management to define the technological strategy and the product evolution roadmap.
Supervise the Azure infrastructure (deployments, security, maintenance).
