The role
At Princess Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a Second Chef for our TUI Blue Suite Princess Hotel.
What you'll do
- Perform the functions of planning, organization, and control of all tasks specific to the kitchen department in a qualified manner.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and substitute in the tasks specific to the position when necessary.
- Supervise the tasks and results of the various stations, as well as provide support when necessary.
- Carry out ordering and HACCP recording.
- Collaborate in the selection, evaluation, and development of the team.
- Control the correct use of PPE and the hygiene and sanitary measures implemented by the kitchen team.
