Senior Payroll Specialist / Tech Lead (PeopleNet)

We are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist / Tech Lead (PeopleNet) with extensive experience in payroll processes and deep functional and technical knowledge of the PeopleNet solution. The selected person will be the point of reference for the administration, parameterization, and evolution of the platform, leading continuous improvement and technological transformation initiatives to ensure the efficiency and stability of payroll processes.

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of payroll processes in PeopleNet.
• Act as the functional and technical point of reference for the solution, guaranteeing its correct operation.
• Manage advanced parameterization and functional support for the tool.
• Coordinate the different teams involved in the operation and evolution of the platform.
• Manage incidents, analyze their impact, and ensure their resolution.
• Drive initiatives for optimization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
• Perform data analysis and SQL queries to identify and resolve business needs.
• Ensure the alignment of the solution with the company's strategic requirements and market best practices.

• More than 8 years of experience in payroll processes.
• Solid experience in PeopleNet, including parameterization and advanced functional support.
• Experience in incident management and resolution.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Knowledge of integrations between HR systems and payroll solutions.
• Previous experience in organizations with more than 10,000 employees.
