Assistant to the Division Director

• More than 5 years of experience in management control, strategic consulting, M&A, transformation, or business project management, with autonomy from day one.

• Action orientation: you do not stop at diagnosis. You turn analysis into concrete proposals, defend them before management, and push them until they are executed.

• Business vision: you understand both economic and commercial levers, and how operations and labor administration impact the P&L.

• Experience or clear aptitude for company integration (post-merger) or M&A projects; having personally led integrations will be valued.

• Process improvement mindset: you do not just report, you redesign the process and the tools that support it.

• Expert command of Excel (cost models, P&L, consolidations). Proficiency in BI tools (Metabase, Power BI) will be valued.

• Ability to build relationships and coordinate with multi-territory teams and non-financial profiles

• Availability to travel between territories as required by improvement and integration projects.

• Experience in social or healthcare services, or in multi-contract / multi-center environments, will be valued.

• Fluent Spanish and English, both oral and written.

We are looking for an Assistant to the Division Director to join our public team.

To be the right hand of the Division Director to take the results—economic and commercial—to the next level in current territories and companies, and to integrate new companies acquired by the group. It is not just about explaining what has happened: it is about proposing what to do, getting it approved, and ensuring it is executed until the impact is seen.

Specifically, you will:

• Drive the economic and commercial results of the division in current territories and companies: identify the levers, propose concrete actions, and drive them through to the impact on the P&L and growth.

• Propose and execute: Turn analysis into action proposals ready for approval (what, who, when), not just diagnosis; and, once approved, ensure they are executed until the result is seen.

• Processes: Redesign and improve processes between operations, labor administration, commercial, and management, along with the tools that support them (Excel cost models, dashboards, KPIs).

• Integrate: Lead the integration of new companies that the group acquires in other territories: support in operational and economic due diligence, integration plan, and follow-up until the company operates with the group's standards.

• Economic Monitoring: Maintain economic monitoring of the business (P&L, deviations against budget, margins, and cash control) as a basis to prioritize where to act. Prepare annual budgets.

• Support Management in the economic validation of client offers and in investment and growth decisions.

• Coordinate teams across different territories and companies: ground the actions on the field with those who execute them and verify that they are applied and are appropriate.
