We are looking for a Direct Management Home Care Services Coordinator to join our Social Referents team.

What would your role be? 📋

• Telephone and Multichannel Care Management: Handle calls and emails from the switchboard, providing guidance with professional treatment adapted to the interlocutor (families, caregivers, collaborating centers).

• Administrative Support and Incidents: Resolve operational and labor queries regarding domestic employment contracts, payroll, invoicing, paid leave, medical leave (IT/AT), vacations, and Social Security procedures.

• Operational Service Coordination: Assist in the management of critical incidents and provide support to the Social Referents team regarding home care.

• Case Registration and Escalation: Maintain coordination with the Social Referents and Operations teams to ensure high quality in the service provided.
