What you'll do

Responsibilities:

Working within the Territorial People Management Department, we are looking for a Lawyer or Graduate in Labor Relations who will be responsible for, among other matters, the following:

Managing relations with the legal and union representatives of employees. Attending Works Councils and Health and Safety Committees.

Collective bargaining and agreements, as well as their interpretation and application.

Advisory services on labor and social security matters.

Assistance and representation of the company before public bodies, mediation services, courts and tribunals of the social jurisdiction.

Processing and monitoring of union election processes.

Preparation of reports, proposals, cost assessments and action plans for their implementation.

Drafting of various documents related to labor relations, notably: disciplinary proceedings (dismissal and sanction letters), drafting of contracts and clauses.

Development and negotiation of Equality Plans.

Ensuring compliance with labor regulations at all centers.

Management and processing of immigration files.

Ensuring the best experience for the workforce, offering professional, close and personalized treatment.

Promoting effective interdepartmental working relationships and working effectively as part of a team to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and goals.

Collaborating with all areas of the People Department in monitoring absenteeism, turnover, as well as other activity indicators.

What we're looking for

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law or Labor Relations.

Membership of the bar as a practising lawyer.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Labor Relations management in dynamic environments, large companies, or law firms handling labor relations for large corporations.

Proactive profile, detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of labor law, organized and decisive. A knowledge test will be given to finalist candidates.

A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Labor Relations is a plus.

English valued.

Social and communication skills.

Availability to travel between three hospitals, so having your own vehicle is essential.

Requirements

Postgraduate qualification in Labor Relations.

Be a practicing member of the Bar Association.
