Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration, International Trade, or Transport and Logistics.
Previous experience in administrative positions in expeditions, goods reception/dispatch, or logistics management.
High communication and problem-solving competencies in continuous contact with suppliers and carriers.
Fluent use of office tools and valuable experience in management programs (ERP/SAP).

What you'll do

As part of the Expeditions and Logistics area, your main functions will be:

Registration and control of truck entries and exits at the facilities.
Management, issuance, and review of logistics documentation (delivery notes, CMR, payment letters, etc.).
Direct communication with truck drivers and suppliers for the coordination of loading/unloading and resolution of incidents at the plant.
Verification of compliance with scheduled arrival and departure times.
Data entry and constant updating of the company's management system.

How you'll work

Availability to work in a 3-shift rotating system (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday.
Availability for immediate or short-term start.
