Customer Service Agent with SAP

• Communication skills: Excellent telephone service capacity, empathy, verbal fluency, and great writing skills.
• Knowledge and experience in handling SAP.
• Digital and technical competence: Digital profile with fluent use of the Office suite and some notion or interest in electricity, electronics, or home automation.
• Key competencies: Analytical capacity, initiative for problem-solving, ease of learning, and a high predisposition for teamwork.

• Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent incorporation into the company.
• Full-time with a balanced schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Salary starting from 20,000 gross euros per year. Extensive social benefits.
• Location: Fuenlabrada Industrial Park.
• Hybrid model: 1 day of teleworking per week (once the learning curve has been overcome).
• Immediate start.

As part of the Customer Care team, your main mission will be to guarantee an unsurpassed user experience. Your responsibilities will be:

• Customer service: Receiving calls and managing emails to resolve doubts, guide the user, and offer agile and close solutions (both to end customers and companies).
• Order and warranty management: Comprehensive support in pre-sales and after-sales services.
• Follow-up and quality: Recording inquiries, preparing service reports, and updating weekly status to always maintain the highest level of quality in the department.
