Salary: €27,000 Gross / Year
As a Supplier, your main mission will be to guarantee the efficient supply of products, ensuring stock availability and proper order management in coordination with suppliers and the different company departments. You will contribute to meeting deadlines, optimizing processes, and maintaining our high quality standards.
Your main duties:
Order management: Placing orders with suppliers according to the ERP and following up on/claiming pending deliveries.
Stock control: Managing inventory levels and monitoring products with short expiration dates.
Supplier relations: Maintaining smooth communication, updating supplier/product files, managing documentation, and tracking rebates.
Issue resolution: Managing discrepancies or problems in receiving and coordinating quick solutions.
Cross-departmental support: Liaising with Administration (advance payments, delivery note issues, invoice registration) and supporting special events (Christmas baskets, donations/Remar certification).
Contract type: Permanent
What are we looking for in you?
Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing or supply management roles (experience in the food/beverage distribution sector is highly valued).
Education: University degree.
