The role

Are you passionate about sales, team management, and the EdTech sector? At a Language Academy, we are looking for a strategic and dynamic Sales Director to lead our expansion in the education and language training sector in Bilbao. If you have experience in the sector, B2B/B2C business vision, and speak Basque and English, this is your opportunity to boost your career by leading a project with a smart and innovative learning method.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to Senior Management/General Management, your main responsibilities will be:

Strategy and Growth: Design the sales plan for individuals (B2C) and companies (B2B), opening new markets in the education and training sector.

Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and set KPIs for the sales advisor team, ensuring mastery of the Bai&by method's value.

B2B Business Development: Prospect and negotiate with large companies, offering customized training solutions and managing subsidies (Fundae).

Digital Synergy (EdTech): Coordinate with the Marketing department to optimize the conversion of digital leads into enrollments and report on market trends.

Control and CRM: Analyze sales metrics, prepare revenue forecasts (forecasting), and report results to Management.
