Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of professional experience in factories, preferably food processing in continuous production.

Electrical knowledge (both switching and power), pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical.

Knowledge of industrial electronics and communication networks (Profinet/Ethercat/BusASI).

Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams and blueprints.

Knowledge and experience in mechanical breakdowns and assembly (changing and adjusting bearings, bushings, chains, shafts, pulleys, etc.).

Knowledge of plant services: steam, hot and cold water installations, industrial refrigeration.

Nice to have

Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in electricity and electronics (preferably)

We value Siemens PLC programming in TIA PORTAL

We value experience in Lean Manufacturing systems, 5S

We value having acquired experience in the offered position, in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics sectors.

What you'll do

Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance of the equipment installed in the plant.

Proposing and executing improvement actions aimed at solving systematic failures and improving the maintainability and availability of equipment.

Preparation of spare parts for potential breakdowns; information and reporting of materials to be replenished.

Detection of breakdowns on lines with PLCs, frequency drives, servomotors, and anthropomorphic robots.
