Monitoring and optimization → Supervision of IT infrastructures to anticipate problems and improve system efficiency.

Active Directory and Office 365 administration → Management of access, permissions, and user configuration in collaboration tools.

Documentation and training → Creation of manuals and guides to improve user autonomy in the use of IT tools.
