It Support, (Qms,Dms,Lms) Pharma

"Do you have experience supporting QMS, DMS, and LMS applications in the pharma sector? We want to hear from you!"

-Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.
-Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.
-Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.
-Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?.
-Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
-Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.
-Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.
-Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures and training materials.
-Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to end users and colleagues.

Bachelor's degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage

Flexible hours: Monday to Friday: start time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM; Monday to Thursday: end time between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; Friday: end time between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM (with 30 minutes to 1 hour for lunch).

Permanent contract.

Hybrid work model / Home office (40%).
