Are you passionate about the energy sector and looking for a new project? At Randstad Professional, we are selecting a Product Operator to join one of the most relevant multinational companies in the energy sector.

What you'll do

The Product Operator will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the plant's operational processes, ensuring that energy production and distribution meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental respect.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Control: Operate plant equipment (turbines, generators, boilers, valves, compressors) from the control panel and in the field to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  • Field Inspection: Perform regular preventive supervision rounds to detect anomalies, leaks, unusual noises, or equipment failures.
  • Incident Management: Identify operational alarms, diagnose first-level technical problems, and apply corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintenance Support: Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions (isolation, LOTO/tagout procedures) and coordinate with the technical department.
  • Reporting: Record daily production data, consumption, and incidents in the corporate management system.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Strictly comply with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations and safety procedures (e.g., ATEX regulations), guaranteeing a safe working environment.
