Do you have experience directing and coordinating the integral operations of a camp, port logistics operations, or an industrial warehouse? At randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!
Reporting to the department management, your functions will be:
-Plan, direct, and supervise the daily operations of the camp.
-Lead and coordinate the operational staff and the camp supervisors.
-Guarantee compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
-Ensure the operations of entry, placement, handling, repair, and exit of containers.
-Manage and control inventories and the correct placement and rotation of containers.
-Resolve operational incidents.
-Resource planning working under continuous improvement.
-Support the organization of shifts, on-call duties, vacations, permits, and coverage.
-Higher Degree training.
-Demonstrable experience in the position of at least three years.
-Leadership of operational teams, logistics planning, safety/OSH management, and handling of operational indicators.
-Use of office software tools.
-Must have own vehicle to get to the workplace.
-Availability to start immediately.
