SAE Operations Technician

• Temporary contract from 01/08 to 15/09 with real possibilities of continuation based on demonstrated performance
• Schedule: rotating shifts, morning / afternoon / night, Monday to Sunday. Night shift approximately every 6 weeks

• Controls and monitors vehicle fleets in real time, verifying correct compliance with schedules and routes.
• Loads the daily service into the SAE tool, handling service modification communications issued by the traffic department.
• Detects incidents that affect the service or compliance with schedules and itineraries.
• Provides support to drivers on duty regarding doubts, questions, or incidents, offering precise instructions to resolve their issues.
• Handles emergency requests, activating the established procedure.
• Collaborates with the traffic/workshop departments to resolve those incidents that require cooperation between these areas.
• Refers information about mechanical incidents in vehicles to the workshop.
• Communicates route and schedule changes to drivers, as established by the traffic department due to incidents or scheduled or unscheduled closures.
• Records and reports events related to: incidents, vehicle changes and/or drivers, regulations, removal of stops, etc.
• Performs real-time system checks to verify their correct operation.
• Prepares reports related to the service: punctuality, service compliance, etc.
