Operations Technician

• Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break

• Prepares the annual schedule and manages drivers and vehicle assignments.
• Authorizes shift changes, time off, vacations, awards, etc.
• Coordinates fraud inspection planning, as well as overseeing compliance with inspection data required by the quality plan.
• Coordinates manual data extraction when automatic vending machine downloads fail.
• Controls and schedules monthly bus cleaning, both interior and exterior.
• Executes control of vehicle departures and arrivals.
• Participates in managing driver hiring, as well as their training, providing them with the necessary resources (tickets, money, and schedules) as well as the employment contract.
• Plans, organizes, and assigns training courses, medical check-ups, etc.
• Provides support to drivers by resolving questions and providing information.
• Provides information for resolving claims.
• Collaborates in scheduling and managing vehicle immobilization.
• Handles emergency requests by activating established procedures and collaborating with the corresponding departments.
• Programs detours and changes to the route or schedules as a result of incidents or planned closures.
• Keeps track of daily generated documentation (accident reports, incident reports, complaints...) and forwards it to the corresponding departments.
• Performs analysis of accidents and incidents.
• Collaborates in defining and proposing services to clients, alongside the Operations Chief and the Planning Department (improvement proposals).
• Generates SAE loading files for drivers and planned incidents for SAE.

• Formal training in Transportation and Logistics, Service Management
• Office software skills: Advanced Level
• Previous experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
