At Randstad, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist Technician to join the Talent team of the Corporate Area of a leading logistics operator.
-Labor management and payroll: Support in the transfer of information due to a change of provider (Atisa), and monthly reconciliation of payroll and social security.
-Attendance control and employee portal: Management of vacations, absenteeism, and leaves through the SESAM platform.
-Training: Contact with providers, planning, and management of bonuses through FUNDAE.
-Labor Relations and Operations: You will provide direct support in the launch of a new logistics center: management of subrogations, clock-in control, dealings with works councils, and direct attention to workers.
This is a temporary interim contract (maternity leave replacement) of approximately 6 months in duration, ideal for continuing to gain experience, especially if you come from the staffing agency sector or have just finished an internship in the logistics sector and want to take the next step
-Contract: Interim replacement for maternity leave (approximate duration of 6 months, until March/April 2027).
-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:30h to 17:30h. (Possibility of an intensive workday on Fridays from 08:30h to 14:30h by working one extra hour from Monday to Thursday).
-Flexibility: You will enjoy 1 day of teleworking per week.
