At Randstad Professional, we are conducting a search for a B2B Market Manager with a clear focus on acquiring new business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and build a solid commercial career in the Madrid areas.
B2B business development focused exclusively on acquiring and opening new clients in the industrial sector, tertiary sector companies, and Public Administration.
Full management of the sales cycle: market prospecting, technical and consultative sales of energy (gas and electricity), negotiation, and contract closing.
Generation of commercial opportunities through cross-selling of associated products and services.
Direct reporting to the Sales Management on the degree of achievement of the set objectives.
Higher university degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or similar).
Demonstrable experience in B2B technical sales focused on acquiring and dealing directly with end clients. Experience in the energy, telecommunications, or insurance sector will be especially valued.
Advanced English level (C1 is essential).
Excellent negotiation skills, analytical ability for early detection of business opportunities, and strong communication skills.
Residence in Madrid.
