About the role

Do you want to change the world? At Cabify, that's exactly what we do. Our goal is to improve mobility in cities, connecting users with drivers and offering transportation alternatives at the touch of a button. Maybe one day cities will be places where no one needs a private car. But we still have a long way to go.

Founded in 2011, we have become the first Spanish tech unicorn. Our headquarters are in Madrid, but you can now find us in 93 cities across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.

No matter how much we grow, we are determined to keep our 'startup' spirit. We are a confident, professional, charismatic, and focused team, young at heart and proud to do things right. We consider ourselves an ethical and innovative tech company, where everyone is treated with fairness and respect, from our engineers to the drivers who use our platform. We comply with all government regulations and respect the law.

Cabify is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees, regardless of their background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, or ability. Are you in?

As a People Business Partner (PBP), your mission will be to ensure the alignment of talent strategies with the changing needs of the business, fostering a motivated workforce and a culture that reflects the company's values. You will ensure that managers have the tools and information they need to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  • You will align People operations with the business strategy, translating the priorities of your area to the rest of the People teams to ensure that processes are built with the support of the business.
  • You will implement global development programs tailored to the needs of each team.
  • You will provide the necessary channels and resources to facilitate people management, professional development, leadership, and employee well-being.
  • You will make data-driven decisions and develop initiatives based on them. You will identify trends and activate the necessary mechanisms to achieve People objectives.
  • You will promote a high-performance work environment through strategies aimed at building a solid structure, fostering an inclusive culture, and always communicating the vision, values, and strategy of the company.
  • You will support new hires during their first months, ensuring a quick and effective integration into their teams.
  • You will work with the Rewards team to manage the compensation structure and actively participate in the company's salary reviews.
  • You will provide support to employees and managers on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
