What we're looking for

What do you have to offer?
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
• You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
• You are proficient (C2) in Finnish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Experience using SD Worx W Web and SD Worx W Client (formerly Aditro) is considered a significant advantage.
• You bring a positive team spirit, a healthy sense of humor, and perseverance to the team.

About the role:
A key role within our payroll operations team, responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions while working in an international environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.

What you'll do

Which tasks can you expect?
• Overseeing the full payroll process for Norwegian clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
• Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
• Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.

How you'll work

🏝️ Flexible working schedule

🏝️ Reduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August)

🏝️ Workation: possibility to work from abroad (where SD Worx has legal entity, up to 4 weeks per year)
