👨💻👩💻 As a Customer Success Manager, it's essential that you have:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Experience managing large accounts for digital products or services
A high level of adaptability in fast-growing environments
Fluent English and Spanish

What you'll do

Your main goal will be to manage and retain a portfolio of clients. We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, so your client portfolio will include the company's largest customers. You'll be responsible for continuous follow-up to ensure their satisfaction, long-term retention, and growth in usage and contracts.
